During Zoom meeting, presenters’ profile name must be set to the following format:
“Presenter_[Session]_[Your Name]”.

For online presenter, please use the virtual background, which can be downloaded from here: Presenter Virtual Background.
The total duration for one slot presentation is 15 minutes, which is flexibly divided into presentation and QnA (min. 5 minutes).
The session chair may start the session by him/herself and call the presenter one by one to present their paper.
The presentation will be conducted by presenting the presentation file. Please download our PowerPoint template from here: PowerPoint Template
During the session, presenters should turn on the camera for online presentation.
All conference participants are encouraged to ask questions and discuss with the presenters within the 5 minutes time slot guided by the session chair.
The presenter may also share his/her presentation slide when answering the questions.
All presenter must upload their presentation video to YouTube and email their YouTube video link to asais@pnj.ac.id with the following email subject format:
"ASAIS 2023: Presentation Video-[ABS-ID]-[USER-ID]".
Please read the detail here.
If the presenter does not come, the presentation video will still be played, but without a QnA session there is no guarantee that the paper will be submitted to the publisher.
We recommend PowerPoint for all users. If you plan to use something else, please email asais@pnj.ac.id in advance of the meeting so that our IT staff can ensure your presentation will work properly.
All offline presenters are required to give their presentations onto the computer of their assigned presentation room no later than 30 minutes before the session start.
